In line with England Golf's push to get more people interested in playing golf Lightcliffe Golf Club is offering aspiring golfers many opportunities to try the sport for themselves. Lightcliffe Golf Club prides itself on being a club with strong family ties and values. We cater for all members of the family wanting to play golf and there is something for all ages and abilities to help you get into golf
Taster Days
We hold Taster Days each season for both Adults and Juniors wishing to try out golf as a sport. Dates will be published at the beginning of the season in April. There is no charge and equipment is provided.
Golf Academies
These are run through the spring and summer and include group lessons for beginners with the club's PGA professional Tim Pollard
The cost is £45 for juniors and £150 for adults
Academy members will be able to use practice facilities, the Club's bar and catering facilities. They will also have the chance to upgrade to full membership at a reduced rate
