In line with England Golf's ambition to get more people interested in playing golf, Lightcliffe Golf Club offers aspiring golfers the opportunity to try the sport for themselves.

We pride ourselves on being a club with strong family ties and values, catering for all members of the family wanting to play and there is something for all ages and abilities to help you get into golf

Taster Days
We hold Taster Days each season for both Adults and Juniors wishing to try golf. We will announce future dates on this page and keep an eye out out for local posters and updates on Facebook.

There is no charge and equipment is provided and you don't need special clothes, just trainers or flat shoes.  Tea/coffee and cake provided after the session. Get in touch with Tim on the number below if you would like to attend.

 

 

 

 

 

Golf Academies
These are run through the spring and summer and include group lessons for beginners with the club's PGA professional Tim Pollard

The cost is £50 for juniors and £150 for adults

Academy members will be able to use practice facilities, the Club's bar and catering facilities.

They will also have the chance to upgrade to full membership at a reduced rate
